Danilo Montero

Danilo Montero is a composer and singer of Christian music born on November 1, 1962 in San José, Costa Rica.

He has recorded approximately 18 albums during his entire ministerial career and has been nominated for the Latin Grammy Awards and has been decorated at the Arpa Awards and Billboard Latin Music Awards . His album La Carta Perfect won the Latin Grammy Award for best Christian music album in Spanish in 2014, making him the first Costa Rican to win this award with his own production. He is considered one of the main exponents of praise and worship music. His style mixes pop with spiritual and congregational lyrics.
